Nutrition Specialist - Full time
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the members via email, phone and live chat in reaching their weight goals by providing support and nutritionally accurate counseling on general nutrition and the member's meal plan.
- Moderate assigned nutrition-related online meetings after researching and preparing for topic.
- Answer questions posted by members on the boards & threads moderated by Nutrition Support.
- Create and modify meals and recipes according to plan specifications, aiming to make them user-friendly, nutritious, tasty, interesting and inviting.
- Updating meal plan products, fast food and convenience meals to increase variety and maintain accuracy of offerings.
- Support Member Services by answering questions dealing with nutrition and related topics.
- Other projects as assigned to help the department and company grow and support our members.
Minimum Requirements
- 1+ years clinical/counseling experience or similar preferred; including dietetic assessment/evaluation and therapeutic diet instruction
- Menu development (menu planning, recipe modification) preferred
- Customer service or similar experience preferred
- Dietetic Technician, Registered (DTR) or Registered Dietitian (RD) required; will consider if Dietetic Technician Registered eligible or Registered Dietitian eligible.

- Creates, coordinates and manages all QA and training requirements for the contact center on a regular basis

Description:
Member Service Supervisors are responsible for supervising teams of member service representatives in resolving difficult, complex or sensitive customer concerns and take responsibility for resolving escalated customer disputes within a customer service and sales environment. This position primarily provides leadership and administrative support to our Member Service Representatives. This is accomplished through effective monitoring, coaching and leadership in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recommend and coordinate needed changes based on process analysis.
- Assist staff to resolve complex or outside of the norm situations.
- Responsible for scheduling to include: work assignments, employee breaks, overtime assignments, back-up for absent employees and shift rotations.
- Schedule and facilitate monthly Supervisor Meeting.
- Monitor call volumes, email stats and LivePerson to ensure department productivity, sales and quality goals are met.
- Plans, organizes, directs and evaluates the performance of assigned staff.
- Completes all assigned shift paperwork including but not limited to; daily reports, break schedules, and massage list.
- Provides day-to-day leadership and works with staff to ensure a high performance, customer service oriented work environment that supports the department's objectives.
- Coordinate and maintain records for staff memos, handouts and special promotions.
- Performs special projects as required, such as assisting with the development, research, and delivery of new trainings, or other duties when necessary.
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum 12 months experience as a service support expert or equivalent with a consistently exceeds rating on all personal performance measures in current position.
