eDiets® DeliciouslyYours packages are shipped via courier using 3-Day Delivery and under "Signature Release," a process that allows UPS® to leave your package at your doorstep without obtaining a signature from you. Once your meals have been left at your door, it is your responsibility. We avoid shipping through the weekend and reserve the right to defer to the following Monday. This ensures maximum freshness.
