Berry Nutty Yogurt Shake 1/2 cup low-fat or nonfat, plain or sugar-free yogurt
2/3 cup low-fat or nonfat milk
3/4 cup frozen strawberries
1/3 Tbsp. peanut butter
Place all ingredients in a blender. Once well combined, remove and serve.
