What is the Refer-a-Friend Program?

The Refer-a-Friend Program is an incentive program that pays you a "finder's fee" for every friend or family member you send us -- so you can all benefit from our nutrition and fitness programs. Any eDiets.com fee-based program with a minimum four-week commitment qualifies you for a bonus. The amount of your bonus is based on your friend's membership options. How many friends can I refer?

You can refer as many as you'd like. Each friend who you refer must register for one of our programs within 90 days of your referral. Our Refer-a-Friend program will pay you an annual maximum of up to $600 for your referrals. Please note that you may be eligible to earn more than $600 if you contact us at 800-265-6170 and provide us with information so that we can issue a 1099 for proper tax reporting purposes.

How much will I get paid?

The Refer-a-Friend Program offers two bonus options: For referrals to one of the eDiets Digital Meal Plans, provided the referred members stay for at least four weeks, you'll receive the following bonus:

• Fifty Dollars ($50) per referral

For referrals to one of the eDiets Meal Delivery Plans, provided the referred members stay for at least four weeks, you'll receive the following bonus:

• One-Hundred Dollars ($100) per referral

You may receive only one reward per referral, regardless of the membership(s) chosen.

When do I get paid?

Reward checks are issued within 30 days following the end of every quarter (March, June, September and December). Your check will include rewards for every friend and family member who has completed the first four weeks of their program by the end of the quarter. See Terms and Conditions for details.

How can I change the address my check will be sent to?

Your account profile contains the address of record for the referral program. To change your address, click here.

The friend I referred was never contacted. What can I do?

Have your friend contact us at referral@eDiets.com and we'll gladly process the request. Have him/her include their name and email address as well as your name and email address.

Why must I refer my friends through email? Can't I just tell them about eDiets?

By using the eDiets.com Refer-a-Friend href to submit your referrals, we can track the source of the referral so you can receive your reward. If your friend signs up another way, you will not get credit for the referral.

I live in Canada. Can I Refer-a-Friend?

Yes, however you would not be eligible for the Refer-a-Friend reward. This program is only available to U.S. residents age 18 or older.
