Account Information

How do I change my credit card information?
To change the credit card information associated with your account, contact Customer Service at 800.265.6170.
How do I change my billing address?
Go to the My Account area of eDiets and click on My Billing & My Shipping. Click on the Change Address button, located under your current billing address, and update your billing information.
How do I change my shipping address?
Go to the My Account area of eDiets.com and click on My Billing & My Shipping. Click on the Change Address button, located under your current shipping address, and update your information. Shipping address changes will not affect previously placed orders.
How do I change my email address or password?
To change your email address, go to the My Account area of eDiets, click Profile and update your email address. To change your password, go to the My Account area of eDiets, click on Change My Password and follow the instructions for changing your password.
What if I forget my password?
Click on the Forgot Password? link at the user login screen. You will be prompted to enter additional information, then a link to reset your password will be emailed to you.
What forms of payment are accepted?
eDiets.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

When is payment made?
Your account is charged at the time of purchase. It may take a few days for the charges to appear on your account. Orders cannot be processed if account details are erroneous or if the account is declined at the time of purchase.
What company name will appear on my credit card statement?
Since different vendors may be involved in fulfillment of your order, you may see multiple company names on your credit card statement. Credit card information is passed on to our trusted partners for fulfillment of their portion of your order.
Are my payment details secure online?
Yes. We use secure server software to ensure your information is protected in transfer. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard, and among the most trusted software available today to protect online commerce transactions. It encrypts your information, including your credit card number, name and addresses, making it unreadable as it travels over the Internet.
What if my credit card is declined?
If we are unable to successfully charge your account at the time of purchase, we will retry to submit the information you entered at five different times over the next 10 days. After the fifth decline, we will place the account on hold and send you an email notification with the phone number to our Customer Service Center. You may call to update your payment information.

How long will shipping take?
Your shipment should arrive within 5 to 8 business days following your order date.
Can you ship outside the U.S.?
No. eDiets cannot currently ship outside the United States.
How can I track my order?
Go to the My Account area of eDiets.com, click My Shopping History, then click the Track link next to the specific order you want to track.

Returns & Cancellations

How do I cancel an order I've placed?
You can cancel your order for any product sold by eDiets.com as long as the order has not yet entered the shipping process. Call our Customer Service Department at 866.733.4387 and we will assist you in canceling your order. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the item for a refund. Please see our Returns Policy below for more information.
eDiets.com Return Policy
Since eDiets.com provides products and services from different vendors, different return policies may apply to each vendor. Please verify the vendor of the product you want to return and check their return policy below.

eDiets Motivational Program CDs or tapes must be unopened (still in plastic wrap), undamaged and the anti-tamper seal on the package must be unbroken.

eDiets Dining Out Survival Guide must be undamaged and have no writing in it.

eDiets @Home Progress Journal must be damaged and have no writing in it.

eDiets Starter Kit must be undamaged. All of the contents must by intact and included.

Please note: We cannot accept product returns that are damaged or returned more than 30 days after the original delivery date. Also, we recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Contact ProductServices@eDiets.com for all other order inquiries. Order and return policies for eDiets partner products may vary from those above and are covered by the Terms and Conditions for those respective products. Atkins Return Policy
If for any reason Atkins non-perishable products do not measure up to your expectations, simply return the unused portion within 30 days (or 60 days if product is unopened) for a prompt refund of the returned merchandise total. No questions asked! Mail the unused portion of the product to:

Body Trends Return Policy
You may return or exchange a product at any time, for any reason:
  • any product in new and re-saleable condition with original packaging
  • any unopened video tapes, CDs or computer software

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and due to manufacturer policies, some returned items are subject to restocking fees. Follow these return instructions:

  • Fill out the Package Insert found in the lower left-hand corner of your shipping document (back side). Cut it out and put it in the box.
  • Carefully re-package your box to prevent shipping damage.
  • Peel the Return Label off the front side of your shipping document and stick it to the outside of your box (If you lost your shipping document, call us at 800.549.1667 for the return address).*
  • Mail us your package using a traceable shipper, such as UPS, DHL or Insured U.S. Mail.

OR ... you can call us at 800.549.1667 and we will provide you with instructions for your return.*

The cost of the product will be refunded to you once your package has been received in good condition.

* You may receive your products from different locations. Products should be returned to the location from which they were shipped. We can provide you with the appropriate address for your return.

LifeScript Return Policy
If you are not satisfied for any reason, LifeScript is happy to give you a 100% refund.* Simply return the unused portion for a full refund. However, you must contact LifeScript at 800.637.9382 for a Return Authorization Number before mailing the product back to them.

*Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 50% processing fee (only applicable for one order). Exchanges or returns should be sent back using an insured and/or traceable service, such as UPS, DHL or Insured U.S. Mail.

Exude Return Policy
Exude does not offer any refunds, except for damaged goods which must be returned to Exude within 30 days of receipt. Exude, at its own expense, will reship replacement piece(s) out to the customer. All return inquiries and products should be sent to:

  • All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Returned items must be in new, saleable condition.
  • Downloadable software can not be returned.
  • Customer must pay for return shipping, no C.O.D.s.
  • Returns must be accompanied by a receipt. Printable receipts are available from the View Order page in the My Account section of the Webstore.

We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on any gift certificate or gift collection purchases. However, if you find that your gift basket goods were damaged during shipment, please contact a SpaFinder customer service representative at 888.ALL.SPAS. If a gift collection item is out of stock, SpaFinder reserves the right to include a substitute item of equivalent or greater value.

SpaLook.com offers only the best in high quality spa products, and we stand behind them. If an item does not meet your expectations, is damaged during shipping, or if you have an allergic reaction to the product, we will compensate you. Swiss Vitamins Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the unused portion in its original container with your invoice for a full refund within 30 days. We recommend that you send your return via UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your protection, and to insure prompt delivery. Return shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
