Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwich with Salad

Ingredients

2 slices low sodium whole wheat bread
1 1/2 tsp. honey mustard
2/3 tbsp. mayonnaise, egg-free, low fat
3 oz. low sodium cooked and sliced chicken breast

Also Include:

(for salad) 2 cups mixed salad greens, 6 cherry tomatoes, 2 tbsp. olive oil and vinegar dressing (light), 1 1/2 cups cantaloupe, 1/2 oz. shelled sunflower seeds

Directions

Lightly toast bread, if desired, and spread mustard and mayonnaise on both slices. Layer chicken slices to make sandwich and serve.
