How is the eDiets plan structured, and what are its nutritional standards?

Our goal is to provide our members with the program that fits their needs, respecting requirements for improved health and wellness, as well as weight loss. Our eDiets Healthy Weight Programs follow current guidelines and recommenations for healthy weight loss from professional health organizations including the Academey of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND), the American Diabetes Association (ADA), the American Heart Association (AHA), the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), the Weight Information Network (WIN) , and the Institute of Medicine (IOM). Our Living With Diabetes Program meets the guidelines of the American Diabetes Association(ADA).
