I have a medical condition, so what's the best meal plan option for me?

All of our plans are designed to help you lose weight - some are lower in carbohydrate. For example, our Glycemic Impact plan provides about 40-45% of calories from carbohydrate, and the remaining calories are split between healthy fat calories and protein. The Living with Diabetes program follows the recommendations from the American Diabetes Association, with a bit more calories from healthy carbs.  

Regardless of the program you choose, you can be assured that it's structured to provide calories for you to lose weight safely and gradually.
