12 oz. crab meat
1 medium bell pepper, red
3 green onions
1/2 cup nonfat parmesan cheese
3/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
7 oz. canned artichoke hearts, in water (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Dice red bell pepper and green onions; chop artichoke hearts into small pieces. Combine all ingredients into a bowl. Spoon the mixture into a 9- inch greased pie plate or casserole dish. Bake 20-25 minutes or until hot and slightly bubbly. Serve warm and enjoy.
