3 oz. cooked chicken strips
1 ½ tbsp. barbecue sauce
1 ½ tbsp. low fat mayonnaise
1 slice onion, finely diced
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 tomato slice
1 lettuce leaf
1 whole wheat (approximately 6-inch diameter) tortilla
Chop chicken strips into bite-size pieces; place in bowl. To bowl, add barbecue sauce, mayonnaise, onion and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine. Layer lettuce and tomato on the whole-wheat tortilla, spoon BBQ chicken salad down the middle and fold to wrap. Wrap in plastic wrap until ready toeat. Enjoy!
