3 cups sliced and peeled Granny Smith apples
2 tbsp. butter
¼ cup white flour
½ cup plain oatmeal
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray 8″ cooking pan with non stick cooking spray. Add apples to bottom of pan.
Mix butter, flour oatmeal, brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Use either a fork or pasty blender to distribute the butter evenly through mixture until crumbly. Spoon the topping evenly over the apples.
Bake for 30 minutes and cut into 6 slices. Serve.
